Good afternoon. With Christmas day fast approaching, we wanted to offer ew bits of safeguarding to make sure you are all safe over the festive period. Check in on your neighbours. Especially the elderly and vulnerable. Times are hard. Make sure they are warm and have food. If you do come across anyone vulnerable that needs help, please contact your nearest foodbank for advice. You can find these on the Warrington Borough Council website. Remember the 9pm routine. Ste an alarm on your phone to make sure all your doors, windows, sheds Ext and vehicles are locked. Keep valuables out of sight. After the big day, make sure any presents wrappings such as expensive gift items that you plan to recycle or throw away are done so out of sight. Thieves will look to see what you have bought over Christmas and boxes such as PlayStation Ext only advertise what you have in the property. If you are going out to enjoy yourself, lock up thoroughly, plan your journey and please do not be tempted to drink and drive. Finally, Can we take this opportunity to wish all of Warrington north a very merry and safe Christmas from the Warrington North Beat Team. Be safe, be merry and look after one another. If you need us over the festive period, please contact 101 in a none-emergency and 999 in an emergency. Merry Christmas PCSO Neil Potter 23561 |
